Armenian Communist Party says NATO bloc’s entry must be averted

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Communist Party deems formation of armed forces as the only achievement the country had in the past 20 years.

“Our army is the most combat ready in the region, with Nagorno Karabakh liberation war serving as an example. Creating stronger links between ordinary citizens and army must be set as a priority, with special importance to be attached to cooperation with Russia in the framework of Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO). NATO military bloc’s entry to Armenia must be averted,” the party’s program reads.
