ODIHR, ICES to monitor presidential polls in Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - Two international organizations, OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) and International expert Center for Electoral Systems (ICES) were accredited in Central Election Committee to monitor the February 18 presidential polls in Armenia.

International organizations, diplomatic and consular representations accredited to Armenia, whose tasks include promotion of democracy and human rights, have a right to implement a monitoring mission during elections.
