Armenia to establish embassy in Indonesia

PanARMENIAN.Net - Newly appointed ambassador of Indonesia Niniek Kun Naryatie (residence in Kyiv) presented the copy of her credentials to Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian.

Congratulating the envoy on the appointment, Minister Nalbandian hailed last year’s visit to Jakarta, meeting with his Indonesian counterpart Marty Natalegawa and the agreements reached aimed at deepening of cooperation, intensification of the political dialogue, strengthening of trade and cultural ties.

Minister Nalbandian voiced hope that the envoy will contribute to the implementation of the agreements reached, with ambassador Naryatie pledging to strengthen and expand bilateral ties.

He further announced Armenia’s plans to establish an embassy in Indonesia, which will give fresh impetus to the cooperation between the countries.
