Democratic Fatherland Party doesn’t mull leaving ANC- leader

PanARMENIAN.Net - Democratic Fatherland Party head Petros Makeyan deemed change of the current situation impossible without the support of ex-Prime Minister Hrant Bagratyan, Heritage leader Raffi Hovannissian and National Self-Determination Union party head Paruyr Hayrikyan.

“The three can form a union, with our party ready to assist them,” Mr Makeyan said.

Dwelling on the rumors suggesting the Armenian National Congress (ANC) has resolved to forsake politics, the party had said the bloc is facing a serious crisis, citing the 7% votes garnered at parliamentary elections as a proof.

“Democratic Fatherland Party doesn’t mull leaving the bloc,” Mr Makeyan said.
