As reported by Independent On-Line, the photo taken by him captured funeral of a large family father, who died in a disastrous earthquake in Qazvin Iranian province. Eric Grigorian lives in Los-Angeles and works for "Polaris Images" US photo agency. The contest jury determined winners in 9 nominations among 55 photographers from 18 countries.
