New Oscars promo features Seth MacFarlane gone “Psycho”

PanARMENIAN.Net - Seth MacFarlane promises this year’s Academy Award will “celebrate all of your favorite movies,” The Hollywood Reporter said.

In a new promo for the ceremony, the Oscars host visits Psycho’s Bates Motel, where he is a guest in a room adjacent to where the Alfred Hitchcock classic’s shower scene takes place.

But MacFarlane, it seems, has no appreciation for the classics.

“Keep it down. I have a meeting in four hours,” MacFarlane yells over Janet Leigh’s screaming. He sighs, and says to himself, “Rednecks.”

MacFarlane previously released a promo in which he claimed to be Daniel Day-Lewis pretending to be the Family Guy creator. “I’m just that good,” he said.

The 85th Annual Academy Awards airs live Feb. 24 at 7 p.m. ET on ABC.
