According to Alexander Sobyanin, the recent surge of revolutions and regime changes will have an inevitable impact on the situation in Central Asia and Caucasus. The expert furter listed conflicts in Karabakh, Abkhasia, South Ossetia, growing political confrontation in Georgia among burning issues.
