 MP hails Free Democrats head’s decision  February 5, 2013 - 14:39 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Free Democrats party head Khachatur Kokobelyan’s decision to leave Heritage parliamentary group put an end to formalities, Heritage party member said. Tevan Poghosyan noted MPs Khachatur Kokobelyan’s and Alexander Arzumanyan’s representation of Heritage parliamentary group as mere formality. “Free Democrats member Alexander Arzumanyan will be forced to renounce his parliamentary mandate if he resolves to leave Heritage group due to his being 4th in the list,” party representative said. Three MPs represent Heritage party in National Assembly’s fifth convocation. Mr Poghosyan further stressed the need for them to bring party programs to fruition. Partner news  Top stories At the meeting, the parties focused on the prospects of bilateral relations, and cooperation in the framework of international organizations. Dwelling on the hike in gas prices, Iskandaryan said the change also affected other countries importing Russian gas. Armen Martirosyan noted that the price rise will further deteriorate the situation in the country, fostering emigration. In this connection, Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian left for Strasbourg to attend CoE foreign ministers meeting.
