Certainly, the ruling authorities would stand against their unification. The move will be aimed at drawing Armenia out of crisis,” the expert told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. Candidate Hovannisian earlier noted having met Hrant Bagratyan. “We discussed Armenia’s future and our joint efforts to bring victory to Armenian people,” the candidate said. Mr Shirinyan further noted the unification of the two presidential hopefuls as quite interesting in the face of their viewpoints. He further deemed the two candidates’ advancement possible due to a common ideological platform. Armen Martirosyan noted that the price rise will further deteriorate the situation in the country, fostering emigration.
