  Artsakh FM meets HALO Trust program manager February 8, 2013 - 18:27 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Foreign Minister of the Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic Karen Mirzoyan met Friday, Feb 8, with the Karabakh Program Manager of The HALO Trust British NGO, Nick Smarth. During the meeting, Mr. Smarth briefed the organization’s activity in 2012 and its plans for the current year. Minister Mirzoyan, in turn, expressed gratitude for the humanitarian activity conducted in the NKR territory, pledging support to the organization, NKR MFA press service reported.
