  ICES head meets Serzh Sargsyan campaign headquarters chief February 11, 2013 - 19:33 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Head of International expert Center for Electoral Systems (ICES) Alexander Tsinker met with the chief of the ruling party candidate Serzh Sargsyan campaign headquarters Hovik Abrahamyan. Mr Tsinker briefed on the work carried out by the center, adding that ICES representatives have already stepped up cooperation with the Central Election Committee (CEC) of Armenia. Abrahamyan, in turn, voiced confidence for the presidential vote to run smoother that 2012 parliamentary polls. The observers further met with presidential candidate Vardan Sedrakyan, with the observers’ second interim report to be presented on Feb 16.
