 Sargsyan completes election campaign in Armenian provinces February 14, 2013 - 20:27 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian incumbent president Serzh Sargsyan completed today, Feb 14 the election campaign in provinces, covering over 60 rural and urban communities. During meetings with voters, President Sargsyan said he never evaded responsibility during his term in office, hailing the implementation of all programs planned. He further urged the voters to join forces and together offer solutions to the exiting problems hampering the country’s development, continue the programs targeting healthcare, education and other fields.
