 Candidate Hovannisian to hold final meeting with voters February 15, 2013 - 14:09 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian presidential candidate Raffi Hovannisian said he will hold his final meeting on Feb 16 in Yerevan. As candidate Hovannisian told a press conference, problems related to employment, justice and emigration were listed among the priority concerns of voters. “A shift in Armenian citizens’ political mentality has been recorded. Armenia has changed beyond recognition in the past 25 days,” he said, adding that another meeting with voters has been scheduled on Feb 19. Dwelling on the hike in gas prices, Iskandaryan said the change also affected other countries importing Russian gas. Armen Martirosyan noted that the price rise will further deteriorate the situation in the country, fostering emigration. In this connection, Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian left for Strasbourg to attend CoE foreign ministers meeting.
