ICES hails media coverage of election campaignsFebruary 16, 2013 - 16:31 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Observers of the International expert Center for Electoral Systems (ICES) have presented a report, based on the monitoring of the media coverage and meetings with Armenian presidential candidates. According to the mission member Baruch Ben Neria, the Armenian Constitution, the Electoral Code, the pre-election developments were in the focus of the report, with the work of the Central Election Commission (CEC) and local media analyzed.
