10,92% voters cast ballots in Armenia’s elections as of 11 am![]() February 18, 2013 - 12:45 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - As of 11 am, 275 982 (10,92%) voters cast ballots in the February 18 presidential elections in Armenia. According to a deputy chair of the Central Election Commission (CEC) Laura Galstyan, 86 601 (10,5%) voters cast ballots in Yerevan. In Armenia’s provinces, the votes were cast as follows: Aragatsotn - 11 422 (9, 99 %,) Ararat - 30 817 (14,46 %,) Armavir - 18 887 (8,41%,) Gehgarkunik - 23 970 (12, 85% ,) Lori - 27 775 (11, 68%,) Kotayk - 22 695 (9,76%,) Shirak - 18 244 (7,96%,) Syunik – 16 603 (15,13 %,) Vayots Dzor - 4 573 (9,68%,) Tavush - 14 385 (13,26 %.) Partner news Prior to the vote, RPA parliamentary group leader Galust Sahakyan announced the party’s decision to vote against the bill. At the meeting, the parties focused on the prospects of bilateral relations, and cooperation in the framework of international organizations.
