According to him, the mediators plan to meet with the ministers in Paris before their visit to the region. “We have already sent our proposals to the parties and are still waiting for an answer,” he said. Faure noted that the co-chairs have planned separate meetings with the Azerbaijani and Armenian foreign ministers, to be followed by a “3+2” format.
