  Raffi Hovannisian: Armenian people the only winners in polls  February 19, 2013 - 00:48 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - A presidential candidate, Heritage party leader Raffi Hovannisian believes Armenian people to be the only winners in current elections. “Armenian people have finally become a nation, and incumbent Serzh Sargsyan is the first president in the history of independent Armenia who must recognize the people’s victory,” he said. As Hovannisian noted, Sargsyan seems like a person capable of accepting that Armenia deserves a de jure president. According to Heritage leader, the February 18 elections weren’t free or fair; however he promised a difference situation following his own presidency. “I’ll transfer power to a new generation,” he stressed. According to preliminary count, incumbent president Serzh Sargsyan is leading the vote.
