 Candidates Sargsyan, Hovannisian leading vote in Shirak province February 19, 2013 - 01:14 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Central Election Commission Secretary Armen Smbatyan announced the results of presidential vote count in Armenian provinces. The chairman of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA), incumbent president Serzh Sargsyan and Heritage party chairman Raffi Hovannisian are leading the vote in Shirak province with 3312 (63,9%) and 1746 (33,7%) votes respectively.
