Putin congratulates Serzh Sargyan on victory

PanARMENIAN.Net - Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated president-elect Serzh Sargyan on the victory following the announcement of the preliminary official results of Feb 18 elections in Armenia. During a telephone conversation President Putin wished Serzh Sargyan success and peace, stability and prosperity to Armenia and Armenian people.

He further voiced confidence that Armenian-Russian strategic partnership and friendly ties will continue developing during President Sargyan’s second term in office.
