  CIS observers hail conduction of free elections February 19, 2013 - 21:53 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - President-elect Serzh Sargsyan met Feb 19 with a group of CIS observers, led by CIS Executive Secretary Sergei Lebedev. The delegation head hailed the conduction of free, fair, transparent and competitive elections in Armenia. The observers further wished Armenia success, prosperity and coordinated activity for the sake of RA citizens. Serzh Sargsyan, in turn, thanked Sergei Lebedev and CIS delegation for the objective assessment, hailing the support offered to Armenia on its path to development.
