President Sargsyan’s spokesman contacts Raffi Hovannisian

PanARMENIAN.Net - The rally, organized by former presidential candidate, Heritage party leader Raffi Hovannisian, is ongoing in Yerevan’s Liberty Square.

Asked by Mr Hovannisian if those gathered are ready to continue the struggle, the demonstrators shouted, “Yes!”

He further noted people’s victory as their sole goal.

“It will be a true victory, not a mere moral victory. All those who consider themselves Armenians will join us. Struggle for victory! No concession!,” Mr Hovannisian said, adding that Armenian National Congress (ANC) opposition bloc members Nikol Pashinyan and former bloc representative Karapet Rubinyan had already joined the struggle.

Heritage leader said he received a message by president-elect Serzh Sargsyan’s spokesman, ‘to be responded by 6 pm’.
