  RPA unaware of Feb 21 rally plans February 20, 2013 - 21:11 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) can’t provide any information yet whether it will hold a rally on Feb 21 or not, RPA member said. “I can’t say that they we previously planned to hold a rally,” Hovhannes Sahakyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.
