 Expert dubs elections formal event for foreigners February 21, 2013 - 10:14 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - People have understood that elections can’t serve a tool to change the situation, political expert said. “The polls bear a mere formal nature. They only serve a tool for several foreigners to record the most appropriate option for them and demand concessions from Armenia. Isn’t the idea of independence utopia?,” Yervand Bozoyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. He further compared the current situation with the Soviet era, noting that the elections didn’t exist in the formal nature then.
