  Artsakh president meets AGBU Yerevan Office director February 21, 2013 - 14:02 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic President Bako Sahakyan met Thursday, Feb 21, with Arpi Vartanian, director of the Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU) Yerevan Office to discuss programs implemented by the union in Artsakh. President Sahakyan hailed AGBU role in the development of Artsakh as well as proper presentation of the key pan-Armenian issues across the globe, reported the Central Information Department at the Artsakh President’s Office.
