  NKR leader, Italian entrepreneur discuss new initiatives February 21, 2013 - 16:07 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) Republic President Bako Sahakyan met Thursday, Feb 21, with Italian-Armenian entrepreneur Gagik Saroukhanian to discuss development of clothing manufacture in Artsakh. President Sahakyan welcomed the entrepreneur’s readiness to invest in the sector, noting the republic to be able to provide necessary conditions for the success of the initiative. NRK deputy prime-minister Arthur Aghabekyan also attended the meeting, Central Information Department at Artsakh President’s Office reported.
