  Soldier dies in Artsakh February 22, 2013 - 11:59 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Artsakh defense army soldier Karen Hakobyan, born in 1994, died in an emergency incident on Feb 21, 9:30 am, in one of army units in the north of Artsakh.
