CES chief, OSCE/ODIHR mission head discuss polls in Armenia February 27, 2013 - 14:40 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The director of the Centre for European Studies Artur Ghazinyan met the Head of the OSCE/ODIHR Mission, Ambassador Heidi Tagliavini on Tuesday, February 26 to discuss the development of democratic intuitions in Armenia. At the meeting, the parties also focused on the February 18 presidential polls, pre-election processes and postelection developments. The ambassador further dwelled on formation of the civil society and democratic education in Armenia.
