As the French co-chair Jacques Faure stated earlier, the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs offered the Azerbaijani and Armenian Foreign Ministers to meet in Paris. The co-chairs planned separate meetings with the Azerbaijani and Armenian Foreign Ministers, to be followed by a “3+2” format.
