He’s already got Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellen, Hugh Jackman, Ellen Page, Anna Paquin and Shawn Ashmore slated to return, but there’s still the noticeable absence of Halle Berry as Storm. Having appeared in all three of the original X-Men movies, it would be rather unfortunate if we didn’t see her reunited with the team. In this future universe, Sentinels rule the United States, and mutants live in internment camps. The present-day X-Men are forewarned of the possible future by a future version of their teammate Kitty Pryde, whose mind traveled back in time and possessed her younger self to warn the X-Men.
