 Heritage leader meets ODIHR observation mission head March 2, 2013 - 16:34 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Heritage party leader Raffi Hovannisian met today, March 2 with Heidi Tagliavini, head of the OSCE/ODIHR Observation Mission to Armenia, with the post-election developments discussed. Raffi Hovannisian briefed on his observations and the massive report of electoral violations and fraud registered by his campaign headquarters and independent observers. The possibility of disputing the election results in the Constitutional Court was further discussed, Hovannisian campaign headquarters reported.
