  Raffi Hovannisian reps address Constitutional Court  March 4, 2013 - 18:04 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Heritage party representatives Raffi Hovannisian, Zaruhi Postanjyan, Hovsep Khurshudyan, Karen Mejmulyan and Hayk Alumyan submitted an appeal to the Constitutional Court with a demand to announce the final results of Feb 18 presidential elections invalid. Earlier, Heritage secretary Stepan Safaryan said the party has enough evidence to address the Constitutional Court. “Though we have resolved to file an address to the Constitutional Court, we have no hope that it will address the issue,” he said.
