  Raffi Hovannisian to get back AMD 8 mln deposit  March 4, 2013 - 21:58 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Former presidential candidate of Armenia, Heritage party leader Raffi Hovannisian has addressed the Central Election Commission (CEC) with a demand to get back AMD 8 mln deposit, Hovannisian’s authorized representative Armen Martirosyan said. According to the Election Code, the election deposit must be returned to the candidates having received 5% votes within a week following the release of the final results of the elections. The deposits of the candidates having failed to garner 5% votes will be transferred to the state budget. Raffi Hovannisian received 36.74 of votes in Feb 18 presidential elections.
