An unnamed Samsung employee told The New York Times said that the "Eye Scroll" software feature would be in the Galaxy S4 when it launches in New York next week. In terms of how the technology works, the source gave the example of a user reading an article and when their eyes reach the bottom of the page, the software automatically scrolls down to the next paragraph of text. Backing up previous speculation, the source also said that Samsung has focused much more on software features than hardware innovations with the Galaxy S4.
