CEC to express position on ex-candidates’ appealsMarch 6, 2013 - 20:46 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Central Election Commission (CEC) of Armenia will express its position on the appeals former presidential candidates Raffi Hovannisian and Andrias Ghukasyan filed to the Constitutional Court, head of CEC Tigran Mukuchyan said. “We will hold a meeting, during which legal stance on the appeals will be voiced,” he said. On March 4, Raffi Hovannisian and Andrias Ghukasyan addressed the Constitutional Court with a demand to announce results of 2013 presidential elections invalid.
