Blast heard in Kabul during Pentagon new chief visit

PanARMENIAN.Net - A blast was heard in the Afghan capital Kabul on Saturday, March 9 during a visit by U.S. Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel.

The explosion was heard near the Afghan Defense Ministry, said a defense official. An ISAF spokesman said Hagel was nowhere near the explosion, Reuters reported.
