 Hovannisian will meet Sargsyan only in Library Square – Heritage rep.  March 11, 2013 - 13:50 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Heritage party spokesman Hovsep Khurshudyan has confirmed reports suggesting former presidential candidate Raffi Hovannisian denied reelected president Serzh Sargsyan’s offer to meet him. “It was a mediated offer. Besides, it was offered to hold the meeting in the presidential residence. Mr. Hovannisian said he will meet Sargsyan in Liberty Square only,” Khurshudyan told PanARMENIAN.Net Ex-candidate Hovannisian announced a decision at March 10 rally to go on hunger strike. He is currently in Library Square, while President Sargsyan departed on March 11 for Moscow on an official visit.
