  Constitutional Court declines ex-candidates’ applications on votes  March 14, 2013 - 19:14 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - The Constitutional Court declined the applications of ex-candidates Raffi Hovannisian and Andrias Ghukasyan to announce the results of the 2013 presidential elections invalid, the court chair Gagik Harutyunyan said.
