PM, Indian envoy discuss economic cooperation![]() March 19, 2013 - 18:35 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan met a newly-appointed Indian Ambassador to Armenia Suresh Babu. At the meeting, the parties expressed hope for further development of Armenian-Indian ties, with the envoy pledging to contribute to implementation of practical programs. The meeting further focused on cooperation in the sectors of agriculture and IT, among others, as well as India’s investments in Armenia’s economy. Partner news Nalbandian drew the co-chairs’ attention to ongoing military rhetoric of Azerbaijan, which undermines possibility for peaceful settlement. Tigran Sargsyan: the authorities will do the utmost in the coming 4-5 years to ensure favorable conditions for the people. Members of all parliamentary groups, PM, Energy Minister and the chair of the Public Services Regulatory Commission were invited to participate.
