Google Nexus 5 image leaks online - report

PanARMENIAN.Net - Google is rumoured to be mulling over prototype designs for a five-inch Nexus smartphone, Digital Spy said.

Android and Me has obtained what it claims is LG's concept for the high-end handset, along with full hardware specs.

The device, codenamed Megalodon, allegedly features a 5.2-inch 1920x1080 OLED display and is powered by 2.3 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 and 3GB RAM.

Also on board is a 16-megapixel rear camera supplied by OmniVision, capable of recording 4k video, with a 2.1-megapixel camera mounted on the front of the device.

Megalodon is also listed as sporting a 3300 mAh Lithium Polymer battery and built-in speakers for stereo sound.

Google is yet to officially announce new Nexus hardware, but the web giant is expected to refresh its phone and tablet line this year to coincide with the launch of the next version of Android.
