 Hayrikyan urges authorities to find those behind shooting March 20, 2013 - 20:11 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Former presidential candidate of Armenia Paruyr Hayrikyan believes that those behind January 31 assassination attempt have not been arrested yet. At March 20 press conference, lawyer Levon Baghdasaryan briefed on Hayrikyan’s statement. “Reluctant to question the investigation bodies’ professionalism and highly assessing the joint measures taken by the national security service and police, Paruyr Hayrikyan urges the state authorities to find the true ones behind the crime,” the statement reads. The ex-candidate’s election headquarters representative Manya Ayvazyan, present at the press conference, further briefed on Hayrikyan’s heath state, adding that he will undergo treatment abroad.
