Azerbaijan hands over two citizens to Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijan handed over two citizens to Armenia, who earlier lost their way and crossed the contact line, head of the working group of Commission on Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing People said.

“The citizens were passed over to the Armenian side half an hour ago in Kayanavan settlement of Armenia’s Tavush province,” Armen Kaprielyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.

The transfer took place through the mediation of International Committee of the Red Cross offices in Yerevan and Baku.
