The Armenian National Congress (ANC) parliamentary group leader Levon Zurabyan slammed the decision, noting the issue as a pressing one. Parliament speaker Hovik Abrahamyan said the discussion was put on the next four-day session’s agenda due to MP Davit Harutyunyan’s being on business trip.
