  Prosperous Armenia files documents to CEC March 21, 2013 - 17:06 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Prosperous Armenia party submitted the documents for Yerevan City Council elections to the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Armenia. In conversation with a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, CEC spokesperson Hermine Harutyunyan said the party’s list is topped by former foreign minister Vartan Oskanian, followed by Gurgen Arsenyan and Abraham Manukyan. The ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) and Orinats Yerkir have also filed documents to CEC. Dwelling on the hike in gas prices, Iskandaryan said the change also affected other countries importing Russian gas. In this connection, Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian left for Strasbourg to attend CoE foreign ministers meeting.
