Armenian, Iranian foreign ministry reps discuss regional issues

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian deputy foreign minister Shavarsh Kocharyan met with Iran’s foreign ministry spokesperson Ramin Mehmanparast.

Deputy foreign minister Kocharyan highly assessed Armenian-Iranian relations, the political dialogue, economic and cultural cooperation.

Discussion of regional issues was on the agenda, with the need for peaceful settlement of the conflicts mutually stressed.

The two men further exchanged views on ways to boost cooperation between the media agencies of the two countries, RA MFA press service reported.
