Ex-candidate Ghukasyan offers to hold citizens’ general meeting

PanARMENIAN.Net - Former Armenian presidential candidate Andrias Ghukasyan issued a statement, stressing the need to convoke citizens’ general meeting.

“The authoritarian regime reproduces itself as a result of rigged elections. The citizens’ general meeting is authorized to take a decision on arresting and isolating those having seized the power.

I call on the citizens refusing to recognize the fake leaders of the state to set the event agenda and fulfill the decisions adopted,” the statement reads.
