Seyran Ohanyan appointed defense minister of Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree to appoint Seyran Ohanyan to the post of defense minister.

Part 4 of Article 55 of RA constitution served basis for the decree.
