 CEC chairman meets European observers May 2, 2013 - 18:44 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Armenia Tigran Mukuchyan met on May 2 with the representatives of Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe. Welcoming the guests, Mr. Mukuchyan highly assessed the role of the observer missions in the election processes. At the request of the delegation head Stewart Dickson, CEC chairman briefed on the parties and the bloc of parties, as well as the preparations for the polls. The principles of formation of election commissions and compilation of voter list were further discussed.
