7 Armenian judokas to participate in European Cup

Armenian judo team will depart for Orenburg on May 16 to participate in European Cup, due May 18-19.

In conversation with PanARMENIAN.Net chief coach Tigran Babayan said the judokas will conduct a joint practice session with other participants of the Cup.

Armenia’s line-up has been announced as follows: Grigor Ivanyan, Garik Harutyunyan, Hovhannes Aleksanyan (60 kg), Tigran Varosyan (66 kg), Surik Garnikyan (73 kg), Andranik Chaparyan and Mher Karapetyan (81 kg).

The event will bring together representatives from 21 countries.
