Armenian parliament to discuss gas prices May 23

Armenian parliament held a working consultation on May 17, chaired by speaker Hovik Abrahamyan.

The draft decisions on making amendments to National Assembly’s third session agenda and May 20-23 four-day session agenda were in the focus of the meeting. 11 issues were included in the draft decision on making amendments to parliament’s 3rd session agenda, with 60 issues included in May 20-23 four-day session draft decision.

Parliament Speaker Abrahamyan noted that a discussion will be held on May 23 on the planned gas price hike, with RA Public Services Regulatory Commission Robert Nazaryan and government representatives to be present.
