New Cuban envoy presents credentials to Armenian President![]() May 21, 2013 - 17:00 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Newly-appointed Cuban ambassador Emilio Lozada García (residence in Moscow) presented his credentials to Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan. President Sargsyan congratulated the envoy on the appointment and wished success in the development of Armenian-Cuban relations. He stressed the necessity of the intensification of political dialogue and development of cooperation. The two attached importance to the strengthening of inter-parliamentary relations and cooperation in international organizations. President Sargsyan voiced hope that the ambassador will contribute to the development of the relations between the two countries. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
